Dr. J.R. Achoanya Ayam is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience spanning management, finance, and academia. He has made significant contributions to esteemed organizations such as the Catholic University of Ghana, Ghana Cotton Company Ltd, and Footprint Bridge International Ghana. Dr. Achoanya Ayam's leadership roles and academic achievements reflect his unwavering commitment to excellence. Currently, he serves as Chair at Azantilow Senior High Technical School and Rich and Mercy's Board of Directors, while also sharing his expertise as a course facilitator at Kwame Nkrumah University.
Mr. James Abakisi, Vice Chair

Mr. Richard Ajuik, CEO
Mr. Richard Awombadek Ajuik brings over seventeen years of expertise in Banking, Financial Management, and Development Finance. With a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Development Studies, Masters in Public Management from the University of Potsdam, Germany, and an MBA in Finance from KNUST, his leadership at Builsa Community Bank saw remarkable progress, earning prestigious awards. His innovative leadership drove the bank to the Ghana Club 100, significant rankings in rural banks, and Best Rural Bank in the Upper East Region. Mr. Ajuik's vast experience extends to board memberships and providing financial and development consultancy services to various sectors. He continues to contribute to projects like the USAID-funded Ghana Mobilizing Finance Agriculture Project COVID-19 grants implementation.
Mrs. Mercy Amuntoate, Member
Mrs. Mercy Amuntoate brings 12 years of expertise in teaching, training, and development to her role as a Board Member at Rich and Mercy Company Limited. With qualifications in Education and Hospitality Management from the University of Cape Coast, she excels in personnel management and business leadership. Mrs. Amuntoate's multifaceted skills include coaching and training women and youth entrepreneurs, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.
Mr. Solomon Ayoung, Member
Mr. Solomon Ayoung is a distinguished Regional Sales Manager with over a decade of immersive experience. His expertise in analytical thinking, strategic foresight, and dynamic leadership has consistently elevated companies' market standings, driving financial expansion and customer satisfaction. Mr. Ayoung holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast and a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Sunyani Technical University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. As a member of the RMCL Board, Mr. Ayoung brings strategic acumen and a proven track record in sales management.
